The spacious and comfortable main bedroom has easy access on the ground level, queen size bed with electric blanket and feather duvet, Sky TV and stereo, and has an Italian tiled ensuite bathroom. It is self-contained with tea and coffee making facilities and fresh fruit. There is a phone in the room for your use and you are welcome to use our email and laundry facilities. Winter evenings are warmed by gas heating, and a cosy fire in the lounge.

The upstairs area (which is one area and let to one person or group) has two bedrooms - one with double bed, the other has lovely sea views, a single bed, desk, TV and stereo, phone and tea and coffee making facilities. Both have feather duvets and electric blankets. Between the two bedrooms is a spacious private bathroom with a bath and shower. Dressing gowns are provided in the bedrooms.

Breakfast: Fresh seasonal fruit, orange juice, home made bread, muesli or cereal, and/or full breakfast, accompanied by an espresso coffee or tea, served in our dining room overlooking the garden.

Prices:
Double: $180-$200 all inclusive
Single: $130-$150 all inclusive
Being a small business we really appreciate payment in cash or direct credit. However Visa / Mastercard accepted (with 5% surcharge)

Cancellation Policy: We realise plans can change so should you wish or need to cancel your reservation with us we appreciate immediate notice. Should you cancel within 14 days of your reservation we reserve the right to deduct from your card 50% of total tariff, and for cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of total tariff. Although we seldom need to exercise this option, it is purely to cover other bookings we may have had to refuse.
